All Hammerhead Paddle Skateboards are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Hammerhead, at our option, will repair or replace any deck that delaminates due to defects in materials or workmanship, but not from rider negligence or weather related wear. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
